BOYS IN THE BAND

Every night around sunset you hear it--the Sayulita Banda is starting to practice. Not everyone is happy to hear them, but they always make me smile--those discordant mixture of sounds floating thru the air.  I have to say,  they really have improved over the last year--this is the hardest working band in Sayulita show business. I've been wanting to go and photograph them while they practice, but I didn't want to be disruptive or rude.  So when Yesica asked me to photograph the band for her column, I jumped on it.  She'll give you the lowdown on the band, but meanwhile, here are the guys that make the music.

EN LA BANDA BOYZ

Cada noche, alrededor de la puesta del sol que lo oiga - la Banda Sayulita está empezando a practicar. No todos están felices de oír, pero siempre me hacen sonreír - mezcla los sonidos discordantes de flotar en el aire. Tengo que decir, realmente han mejorado en los últimos años - esta es la banda que más trabaja en Sayulita mundo del espectáculo. He querido ir a fotografiarlos mientras que la practican, pero yo no quiero ser molesto o grosero. Así que cuando Yesica me pidió que la fotografía del grupo por su columna, me lancé sobre ella. Ella te dará toda la verdad sobre la banda, pero mientras tanto, aquí están los chicos que hacen la música.
